RETURN POLICY

At Stefan we aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We are always at your disposal for any clarification, question or service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you reserve the right to return the products of your order, or even by maintaining a credit code for use in your next purchase whenever you want to. Provided the products are returned within 14 days. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You can request for any change / return of your order within 14 days from the date receiving the parcel.
  • The products must be in their original condition, not worn and washed, and have all the tabs, without stains, damage or any kind of alterations.
  • The return will need to be returned to the company with its original packaging, while where protective cases have been included will also be included in the return package as they are considered parts of the product.
  • The product must have been purchased by telephone / online order from www.stefanfashion.com and the receipt of purchase must be included in the return package.
  • In case of return of more than one product related to the same order, they must be returned together in the same package.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • To proceed the exchange procedure you can contact us by phone daily Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00 at +30 2310 521702 either sending us an email to support@e-coss.com to be served directly by one of our representatives.

GREECE

  • Stefan provides you the possibility of free 1st exchange with a product of your choice. Your parcel is to be returned by the cooperating courier ACS or SPEEDEX and you request for recipient ‘s charge.
  • In case of 2nd change, the cost of returning the parcel to us, will be credited to the shipment of the second package and the cost is 5 euros.
  • In case of return with another courier company you will be charged the corresponding costs. 

CYPRUS

  • The return of the parcel is done exclusively with the cooperating courier Kronos express for Cyprus with recipient ‘s charge that our company provides you through its cooperation, an amount which will be deducted from the shipment of the 2nd parcel If there has been prior communication for a change.
  • In case a parcel returns with any other courier company, the costs will be borne by the sender.
  • Return parcels by postal service is not recommended due to frequent delays and losses.

INTERNATIONAL

  • From all foreign countries the return of the parcel could be done at your own expense by courier of your choice.
  • Within 10 days from the parcel ‘s receiving date by us, the refund process will be redirected to the card with which you completed your purchase.

 DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

Each product is thoroughly inspected by the quality control department before shipment. In an exceptional case that your product has a visible structural defect will be replaced with an identical product based on availability, or the value of that product will be refunded to the customer. The shipping charges in the case of a wrong or defective product will be charged on our company.

In the case we receive a product which is not defective, then the customer will be charged with any possible shipping charges.
